Real estate gives the Fund inflation-linked income and tangible exposure to the Solomon Islands economy. The property portfolio spans landmark commercial buildings in Honiara, hospitality assets, and strategic industrial holdings.
Property assets are held in dedicated subsidiary structures, with each major holding overseen by its own board. The Property & Asset team manages valuations, tenancy and capital expenditure on behalf of the Fund.
